In collaboration with premier institutes such as IMT Ghaziabad, Delhi School of Economics, ICAI, NITs, HBTU, BITS Mesra, and VIT Vellore, we engaged with thousands of aspiring young leaders across India.
From around 2,000 candidates who underwent rigorous AI-based assessments, 52 bright APLEADs emerged successful. They now embark on a one-year structured journey combining Cross-Functional Training and On-the-Job Training with live projects.
With APLEAD, we are building a future-ready talent pipeline and nurturing the next generation of leaders who will take APL Apollo Tubes to even greater heights.
